A considerable challenge in the design of the residence in Wawer was to pack a lot of functionality into a building area heavily restricted by regulations implemented to protect the surrounding buffer zone of the Mazowiecki Landscape Park. As a result, the concept became a compact building on a large plot of land. Each sculptured block appears isolated due to the form of the windows, creating the impression of an impenetrable fort with functionality distributed in separate internal zones.
