The tr_v3 house, currently under construction, sits by a cliff in the forest, on the hills locally known as bergi, which overlooks a lake in Chodzież.

The requirements for the project were to take advantage of the great scenic landscape, isolation from neighbours, with everything fitting into a single-storey so as not to overpower the natural surroundings.

The result, with the longitudinal layout of the plot, irregular boundaries, and limitations stemming from fire protection rules, determined the final shape of the building.

The building takes full advantage of the limited space within the impassable lines (the distance from the forest and neighbouring plots).

The ensuing form, full of asymmetry and odd angles, results in quite an irregular shape of the house.
